ℋey, guys! I’m Victoria, currently living in Israel. I’m a huge bookworm, book reviewer, 60’s obsessed, Elvis fan, heavy coffee addict and art enthusiast.
So, here, is a little something about me:
A few of my favorite books: Morning Glory by Sarah Jio, Me Before You by Jojo Moyes, Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Vern, With Every Letter by Sarah Sundin, Breakfast at Tiffany’s by Truman Capote, The Diplomat’s Wife by Pam Jenoff, Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë, Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, Shirley and Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë, Eugene Onegin by Alexander Pushkin, Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy.
My favorite authors:
Jane Austen and Bronte sisters.
Favorite Genre: Historical fiction.
Favorite book series: The Lunar Chronicles, The Court of Thorns and Roses and Harry Potter.
The first book I remember reading as a child: The Wizard of Oz was my favorite childhood book.
Bookstores or libraries: I guess, both of them have their charm.
Favorite quote: by William Shakespeare
Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no; it is an ever-fixed mark,
That looks on tempests, and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering bark,
Whose worth’s unknown, although his height be taken.
Love’s not Time’s fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle’s compass come;
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved.
